1. Scope and provider

These terms govern the purchase of license keys for the online course "Chatter Certified" via this website or directly from the provider (Impulse LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA).

2. Service

A license key entitles one person to one full course run including results and - upon passing (70 of 100 points or more) - a digital certificate with a publicly verifiable number. If the course is not passed, it can be repeated with the same key.

The certificate is a private industry certificate and not a state-recognised qualification.

3. Prices and payment

The prices shown on the website at the time of ordering apply, including applicable taxes. Payment is made through the payment methods offered on the website.

4. Delivery

The license key is delivered by email after receipt of payment. The course is digital content and is completed entirely online in the browser.

5. Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers in the EU are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal; details are set out in the refund policy. The right of withdrawal expires for digital content once the buyer has expressly consented to early performance and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right - this happens upon activation of the license key.

6. Permitted use

The course content is protected by copyright and intended solely for the personal use of the license holder. Sharing, copying or public distribution is prohibited.

The course is intended exclusively for adults.

7. Final provisions

Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains in force. For consumers habitually resident in the EU, mandatory consumer protection rules of their home country remain unaffected.
